Processing/Production Time: Because each of our paint-by-number and diamond paintings kits are custom-made and carefully handcrafted, we take the time to ensure every piece meets our high standards. Due to the personalized nature of our work and current demand, please allow 12-17 days for processing, creation, and quality assurance. This does not include shipping time.
Shipping Rates: We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required. Whether you're shopping across the country or just around the corner, we’ve got the cost of delivery covered.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note that tracking updates may take a little time to appear after the shipment is processed.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship throughout the USA and to many international destinations. If you don’t see your location listed at checkout, feel free to reach out via our support page or message us on Instagram (@PaintedMaeve) to explore possible shipping options.
Shipping Delays: While we aim to meet our processing and shipping timelines, circumstances such as customs clearance, holidays, or other unforeseen external factors may cause delays. Please know that we are committed to keeping you informed should any unexpected delays arise.
International Customs and Duties: For international shipments, please note that customs duties and taxes may be charged upon your order’s arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details specific to your country.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Painted Maeve is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered, but lost or stolen, by your postal service. If you believe your package has been misplaced or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file an investigation. Once the investigation has been completed, we’re happy to review the outcome with you. While refunds are not guaranteed in these situations, we do our best to support our customers and may offer a replacement shipment when appropriate.
Address Accuracy: Providing accurate shipping information at checkout is essential. Painted Maeve cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Please carefully review your shipping details before finalizing your purchase.
