Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
Thank you so much for supporting Painted Maeve. 💜
Because all Painted Maeve kits are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each kit is created specifically for your order, including the canvas size, design, drill colors, and kit materials.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, buyer’s remorse, or no longer wanting the item after it has been made.
That being said, if there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out. I truly want you to feel supported and taken care of.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, I will gladly help make it right.

Your canvas arrives damaged
You receive the wrong design or incorrect canvas
Your kit is missing drills
There is a production issue with the canvas itself
If drills, tools, or other kit pieces are missing, I will reship the missing items you need. If the canvas itself is incorrect or damaged, I will review the issue and work with you on the best resolution.
To help me resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of what happened.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact me so I can review the tracking and work with my shipping team to help look into it.
If your package is marked as delivered by the postal carrier but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal carrier first to file a missing package claim or investigation. Once that is done, please contact me with the claim details, and I will do my best to assist you.
Depending on the situation, a replacement, partial replacement, or other resolution may be offered at my discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
