Operating from Hawaii comes with significantly higher costs for both bringing inventory onto the island and shipping orders back out. Rather than passing those additional expenses on to our customers, our kits are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners.

This allows us to:

• Keep our kits as affordable as possible
• Avoid unnecessary shipping costs being added to product prices
• Keep canvases fresh and the poured-glue adhesive at its best
• Produce each kit specifically for your order
• Quickly remake and reship a kit if a production mistake or issue occurs
• Reduce excess inventory and unnecessary waste
  

Our goal is to give you the best balance of quality, freshness, and affordability, even if that means your Painted Maeve package doesn’t begin its journey here in Hawaii.

We understand that plans can change.

• Within 48 hours of placing your order: Your order may be canceled for a full refund.
• After 48 hours: Orders may still be eligible for cancellation before production begins; however, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

Once your order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee that your order can be canceled if production has already begun.

Our kits are carefully prepared with quality and care, so please allow 15-25 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time will vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. Most orders arrive within 7–15 days after shipping, but please keep in mind that carrier delays may occasionally happen.

If you ever have questions about your order status, please feel free to reach out. I do my best to respond quickly and keep you updated every step of the way.

Each kit is made to order to ensure the best quality possible. This allows us to carefully prepare your canvas, keep the adhesive fresh and sticky, and make sure every kit is packed with care before it ships. Because of this, production can take a little extra time, but it helps us make sure your order arrives beautifully made and ready to enjoy.

Licensed artwork means we have permission from the artist to turn their artwork into diamond painting kits. We work with artists directly whenever possible, give proper credit, and make sure they are compensated for their work every time you purchase their art! This helps support real artists while giving you beautiful, officially approved designs to enjoy.

Because our kits are carefully prepared and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been made and packed.

Please make sure all order details, including design, size, canvas type, drill shape, and shipping address, are correct before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review it and make it right.

While Painted Maeve covers shipping costs, customs fees are not included. International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, tariffs, or carrier handling fees required by their country once the package arrives. These charges are set by your local customs office or delivery carrier, not by Painted Maeve, and we are unable to estimate or cover them.
