When will my order arrive?
Our kits are carefully prepared with quality and care, so please allow 10-17 business days for production before your order ships.
Once your order has shipped, delivery time will vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. Most orders arrive within 7–15 days after shipping, but please keep in mind that carrier delays may occasionally happen.
If you ever have questions about your order status, please feel free to reach out. I do my best to respond quickly and keep you updated every step of the way.
Why does production take so long?
Each kit is made to order to ensure the best quality possible. This allows us to carefully prepare your canvas, keep the adhesive fresh and sticky, and make sure every kit is packed with care before it ships. Because of this, production can take a little extra time, but it helps us make sure your order arrives beautifully made and ready to enjoy.
What is Licensed Artwork?
Licensed artwork means we have permission from the artist to turn their artwork into diamond painting kits. We work with artists directly whenever possible, give proper credit, and make sure they are compensated for their work every time you purchase their art! This helps support real artists while giving you beautiful, officially approved designs to enjoy.
What is your return policy?
Because our kits are carefully prepared and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been made and packed.
Please make sure all order details, including design, size, canvas type, drill shape, and shipping address, are correct before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review it and make it right.

Does Painted Maeve cover Customs & Import fees?
While Painted Maeve covers shipping costs, customs fees are not included. International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, tariffs, or carrier handling fees required by their country once the package arrives. These charges are set by your local customs office or delivery carrier, not by Painted Maeve, and we are unable to estimate or cover them.

We specialize in offering both premium resin square and round drills.
Square Diamonds

- Available in both 16-facet and 5D-facet cuts
- Special diamonds may include AB, Shimmer Dust, Crystal, Metallic, Glitter, and Glow-in-the-Dark

What do if I run out of drills?
No worries! Feel free to contact us (paintedmaeve@gmail.com) and we will send replacements!

What if I am missing drills?
Please contact us at paintedmaeve@gmail.com, and we will be happy to send replacement drills.
Please note that replacement drills are provided once per order, so we kindly ask that you check your kit fully before reaching out. Make sure all other drills are accounted for, then send us the details of what is missing so we can help as quickly as possible.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will notify you and provide your tracking number.
Please note that Shop Pay may not always update tracking information accurately or as quickly, so we recommend using the tracking platform on our website for the most up-to-date information. Simply enter the tracking number provided to view your package status.
If your package has not moved for 7 days, please contact us at paintedmaeve@gmail.com so we can look into it for you.
