Before You Order Your Custom Kit
Please contact us before placing your order. We’ll review your image to determine whether it is suitable for our hybrid rendering process and recommend the best canvas size to preserve the details and quality of your image.
What You Can Submit
✓ Original artwork created by you
✓ Personal photos you have taken
✓ AI artwork generated by you
✓ Artwork from another artist only with written permission allowing you to have their work reproduced as a physical diamond painting or paint-by-number product
What We Cannot Accept
X Stolen or unauthorized artwork
X Copyrighted artwork or characters
X Fan art featuring copyrighted characters, franchises, or other protected material
X Low-resolution, blurry, heavily pixelated, or otherwise unsuitable images
X Artwork belonging to another artist without written permission
Using Another Artist’s Work?
You must provide written proof that the artist has given you permission to have their artwork reproduced as a physical diamond painting or paint-by-number product. We reserve the right to decline any image when ownership or permission cannot be verified.
